V. Caroline Minicozzi, M.S., is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Speech and Language Pathologist. She has been using Applied Behavior Analysis with young children with Autism since 1993. Her undergraduate studies in Psychology led her to work with O. Ivar Lovaas at the University of California in Los Angeles. She served as the Assistant Director of Autism Research Center from 1998 to 2002.
Jennifer L. Wood, B.A. Psychology - Since meeting Caroline in 2005 Jen has been working with children on the Autism spectrum alongside the consultants of WNC BEST. She has been implementing the techniques of Applied Behavior Analysis in home, community and school settings. Jen has varied experience working with other consultants in both North and South Carolina. She worked as a Lead Therapist in South Carolina under the guidelines of the Medicaid waiver. Jen completed her coursework in Behavior Analysis in July 2009, and is finishing up her required supervision hours in preparation for the Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst Exam.
